Fast Dispatch
Your order will be sent out via Australian Post in most instances or the most suitable carrier. We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are usually shipped the same or next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

Note: While we aim to deliver quickly, actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions. Essencevia is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Errors may result in delays or redelivery fees.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey through the Australia Post website.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Australia Post location for collection. Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if deemed secure.
