Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every fragrance you purchase from Essencevia. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in original saleable condition.
- All original packaging must be intact, including any manufacturer seals, cellophane wrapping, and labels (if applicable).
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, free from any signs of wear, tampering, or use.
Essencevia reserves the right to inspect all returned goods and to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Return Process
- Please contact our Customer Service team via email at sales@essencevia.com.au to arrange a return. Include the following information in your email: your full name, email address used to place the order, order number, product code(s) and reason for return
- Once your return has been approved, please pack your items securely. You are responsible for any damage caused in transit due to unsuitable packaging.
- Once we receive your return, our team will physically inspect the item(s).
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We do not refund original postage costs for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
- Please use a traceable delivery method when returning your parcel to avoid disputes and minimise the risk of lost returns.
