1. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, absolutely. All our products are 100% genuine. We source our fragrances from trusted, reputable suppliers — the same sources used by major retailers. You can shop with confidence knowing every fragrance we sell is authentic.

2. Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. For orders below $99, a flat shipping fee of $9.50 applies. Express shipping is available for $15.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the delivery timeframe on the Australia Post website using your postcode. We aim to dispatch orders quickly so you can enjoy your fragrance sooner!

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original saleable condition. For more information, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. What is EDT, EDP and EDC?

These refer to the fragrance concentration and how long the scent typically lasts:

  • EDT (Eau de Toilette): Light and refreshing, typically contains 5–15% perfume oil. Great for everyday wear and usually lasts 4–6 hours.
  • EDP (Eau de Parfum): More concentrated with 15–20% perfume oil. Richer and longer lasting than EDT, around 6–8 hours.
  • EDC (Eau de Cologne): The lightest concentration (2–5% perfume oil). Offers a subtle scent that lasts about 2–4 hours.

8. What is a tester?

Testers are original, 100% authentic fragrances that are intended for use at retail counters. While they contain the same full volume and quality as standard perfumes, they are often packaged in a plain white or brown box and may come without a cap. Because testers skip fancy retail packaging, they’re often offered at an even lower price — making them a great value for savvy shoppers!
